This agreement between you (the client) and www.englishwriting services.co.uk (the service provider) will remain in force throughout the time that you access the website or use any of the services promoted within it. By signing up to any of the services promoted on the website you will be deemed to be a client of www.englishwriting services.co.uk and that status will remain until you cease to use any of our services, such termination of which may be made at any time and for any reason, provided you notify us by email. We may terminate your status as a client at any time and for any reason, refunding any monies that you have paid for any service provided by us, which you have not yet received. If it is found that you have breached any of the terms and conditions contained herein there will be no refund for any services for which you have paid.

 

6. NON-COMMERCIAL USE BY CLIENTS AND VISITORS TO THE SITE.

Clients and visitors to this website are expressly prohibited from using it for commercial purposes, including advertising their own or third-party services/businesses/commercial concerns or posting links to other websites or social media.

13. NON-ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS

Your rights, privileges and responsibilities under this agreement cannot be assigned by you to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in the termination of your agreement with us, without any liability falling on us.

If englishmasteronline.com does not, for any reason, insist on the strict adherence to these terms and conditions, it should not be assumed that we have in any way relinquished any of our rights under this agreement and neither should it be assumed that it is a waiver of any future potential infringement of the terms and conditions, all of which will continue to be in force at all times.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT & CHOICE OF LAW; JURISDICTION; FORUM

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute which may arise between the parties in this Agreement will be submitted to and determined by the courts of the United Kingdom, irrespective of the client’s state or country of residence.

 

16. CANCELLATION POLICY.

Once you have commissioned the assistance of www.englishwriting services.co.uk and have accepted our quotation 50% payment will become due, to be paid using Paypal of credit/debit card (via Paypal). If at anytime you cancel the commission before completion of the work you will forfeit your deposit. If we www.englishwriting services.co.uk cancel the commission of work, for whatever reason, all monies paid to www.englishwriting services.co.uk will be returned in full to the client.

17. LIABILITY - ACADEMIC

www.englishwriting services.co.uk acknowledges that academic evaluation of work depends on considerations beyond our control. We cannot be held legally or otherwise responsible for disappointing and/or unsatisfactory outcomes of any factor, including the negligence of www.englishwriting services.co.uk. Although our job is to help you present your work in the best light, with a high degree of accuracy in spelling, punctuation, syntax and grammar, we will not in any way seek to change the meaning, tone or genre of the work. We can advise on improvements to better convey the points you are making but overall editorial control is in your hands, for it is your work. By signing off the work when the finished work is returned to you, you understand that you accept full responsibility for the content of your work and happy with the advice that has been extended and the corrections/alterations that have been effected with your full knowledge and approval. Once you have signed off a piece of work when it has been returned to you, our liability ends and no claims or requests for refunds will be considered.

 

18. USE OF THE TERM 'GUARANTEE OR GUARANTEED

Use of the term ‘guarantee’ or ‘guaranteed’ on this website or in communications with www.englishwriting services.co.uk refers to our assurances to deliver certain standards of service based on our own evaluations. Our ‘guarantee’, should we decide that we have failed to meet these standards, may be the sum of a partial or full refund at our discretion of the original amount paid by the client to engage the service. Under no circumstances will the refund of monies be in excess of the original fee paid for the service. Refunds and partial refunds are entirely at our discretion.

 

19. PLAGIRISM AND COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

You must acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your work does not breach anti-plagiarism or copyright guidelines.

 

20. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

50% Payment will become due when you place your order  with us and the remaining 50% will become available when we complete your work.   Your completed work will be returned to you electronically via e-mail; no hard copies will be posted to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide correct contact details so that we can return your work.

21. COMPLETION OF WORK

We will offer a predicted period during which we will work on your project but reserve the right to extend order turnaround deadlines if www.englishwriting services.co.uk believes that the document in question requires ‘above average’ amendments which will require greater time to complete.

In ordering this service, you acknowledge that, in rare instances, an order may be delivered later than the scheduled delivery time. In such circumstances, we may offer partial or full refunds but we accept no responsibility for any damages or losses incurred due to a late delivery of your order. We accept no liability for failure to deliver as estimated but may offer partial or full refunds in such instances at our discretion.

Whilst we fully endeavour to meet our stated turnaround times, in some instances this will not be achieved due to various possible factors such as technical failures or illness. In such instances we may offer partial or full refunds at our discretion, which represents our ‘guarantee’. We accept no liability for failure to deliver as estimated.

 

22. REFUNDS

Refunds and partial refunds in certain circumstances may be offered at our discretion.

If you are not entirely satisfied with good reason, contact www.englishwriting services.co.uk via our website and refunds, or partial refunds, may be given when a reasonable reason for disappointment is cited.

We reserve the right to be given an opportunity to address any issues you have raised first before refunds will be given if we see fit.

23. SAFEGUARDING

In the cause of promoting best practice safeguarding principles, we will not take instructions or commissions directly from those under the age of 18 years or communicate with them directly via telephone or email. Any request for assistance from us in respect of the under-18s must be sought via a responsible adult (parent/guardian) with whom all communication will flow.
